All services begin only after the contract is signed and the required initial payment is received.

Fulfillment Timeline
All timelines are outlined in your Scope of Work (SOW) or formal proposal and include:
Deliverables
Milestones
Launch
schedules
Feedback deadlines
Work is tracked and documented using tools like Asana and Google Drive.

Your agreement includes a defined number of revision rounds based on your package or proposal.
Any requests outside the scope or excessive rounds of revision will be subject to additional billing, approved by you before proceeding.

No Refunds on Active Work
‍Because our services are time and labor-intensive and based on strategic allocation of resources,
‍we do not offer refunds on any services that have already begun, including:Design work in progress or delivered
Active marketing, campaigns, Strategic sessions already conducted, Advertising spend.

‍Refunds May Be Issued Only If: No work has started at the time of cancellation There is a confirmed billing error caused by our team A refund is offered as part of a documented written guarantee All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Required Written Notice
To cancel services, clients must provide written notice by email to support@thisisactive.digital

If under an active contract:
A 60-day written notice is required.
Additionally, you may be required to pay the remaining balance of the contract unless otherwise negotiated in writing.

If on a month-to-month or post-term agreement:
A 30-day written notice is required before termination.
Final invoicing will include all work completed during the notice period,
plus any applicable balance due from your contract.
